The lower part of the jewellery is flattened, and the upper end is closed by a threaded ball ( a labret / stud consists of a stem with plate and ball). The Stud is externally threaded, its ball can be screwed on this external thread.
By the way, all of the threads in our jewellery collection are standardised, so that you can combine rings, bars and attachments!
The article can, like all basics, be sterilised in an autoclave and due to the skin friendliness of the material it is absolutely harmless to allergic people.
